I’ve been watching the skirmishes with regard to Mambo for awhile now, regarding the copyright fights that have been going on for months. (If you went to www.mamboserver.com in the past six months or so, you saw the disclaimers there.) Now it looks like the core Mambo developers, not happy with being shut out by the Mambo Foundation, have formed OpenSourceMatters. Go read up on it. This is truly what open source is about.
