Here’s another skin based on the lovely Liv Tyler. Image from now-defunct Rebellious Conformity. This one’s a bit different as I am using graphic images to jazz up the menu headings and story titles.

As with the other designs on the WordPress testbed site, this layout uses a slightly-tweaked index.php, which is included in the zip download. Be sure to replace your default index.php with the one provided in the download.
